Folio

Privacy Policy

Last updated 5 July 2026

Folio is a Dubai property valuation product operated by Zanii. This policy explains what we collect when you use Folio, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because your data should not need a lawyer to understand.

What we collect

Your account details (name, email, sign-in credentials) and the property details you add to your portfolio, such as the building, unit, bedrooms, size and any listing link you paste. We also log how you use the product so we can keep it fast and reliable.

What we use it for

To value your units against registered Dubai Land Department sales, to show your portfolio, and to improve the accuracy of the model. Valuation inputs may be processed to generate estimates and comparable-sale evidence. We do not sell your personal data.

Public transaction data

Our estimates draw on Dubai Land Department transaction records, which are public registrations of completed sales. This public data is not personal to you and sits behind every valuation you see.

Storage, sharing and security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure and protected with access controls and encryption in transit. We share data only with processors that help us run Folio (for example hosting and analytics), and only where a UAE data-protection basis applies. We keep your data for as long as your account is active.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your account data by contacting us at privacy@zanii.agency. Deleting your account removes the units and portfolio data tied to it.

Contact

Folio is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions about this policy go to privacy@zanii.agency.
